Baby

OBJECTIVES

Our Baby classes introduce young children to the world of gymnastics through fun, engaging activities that build confidence and basic motor skills.

Through guided play and parent-assisted activities, children develop coordination, balance, and body awareness while exploring fundamental movements such as jumping, crawling, climbing, and rolling.

This programme helps children build confidence in movement while fostering a positive first experience with physical activity.
